Apartment location
The apartment is close to public transportation, still with quiet location. The street is a walking street, recently converted to the Fashion Street of Budapest, where elegant boutiques opening their newest shops. Vaci utca can be reached by a 2 minute walk only. All the 3 metro lines can be reached in one minute, as they all meet at the Deak square stop.
Interesting sights nearby: Chain Bridge, Danube Promenade, Váci utca, Gerbaud Café, St. Stephen Basilica.
Getting around: red, blue, yellow metro line (M1, M2, M3) Deák sq, tram nr. 47, 49, bus nr. 15, 16.
Description
The flat is newly refurbished with two convenient rooms. The bedroom has a doublebed, in the livingroom there is a convertible sofa for 2 persons. There is an additional dining room, separate kitchen and bathroom with tub/shower. In the hallway a huge wardrobe offers plenty of storage place.
Kitchen facilities: fridge, deep freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.
Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, iron and ironboard, hairdryer, bedsheets and towels are provided, baby cot on request.

Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum 2 nights stay is required.
The minimum stay is 4 nights at New Year's, Easter and Formula 1 (29th July to 1st August 2010). During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights.
Within 48 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
