Apartment location

Blaha Lujza square, where the apartment is located, is a major traffic junction. It is easy to get around: metro, bus and tram stops are within a short walk. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. The apartment faces a small side street, where you can find a public parking place. An internet café is also just around the corner.

Interesting sights nearby: The Ring, New York Café, Synagogue, Elisabeth Bridge, Eastern Railway Station (Keleti Pu.)

Getting around: red metro line (M2) Blaha Lujza sq, tram nr. 4, 6, bus nr. 7.

Description

The apartment is on the 5th floor, the building has an elevator. In the livingroom the sofa is suitable for 2 persons and there is a sitting corner with TV set. The first bedroom has a doublebed, the second one a convertible sofa for 2. A dining area and an equipped kitchen also belong to the flat. The bathroom has shower and there are two toilets. An extrabed is available.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

- the key can be collected at the apartment, please provide your expected arrival time and mobile number in advance

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010). During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights and special conditions apply.
Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
