The apartments can be found in a walking street, next to the main shopping street of Budapest in two neighbouring staircases. In the vicinity you can find several shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs.

Description
Two-bedroom apartment 4th floor
It has three rooms, one with a doublebed and a single bed, one with two singles (they can be pulled together a a double) and one with a single bed. There is an equipped kitchen with dining corner, bathroom with toilette and a separate toilette.
One-bedroom apartment 3rd floor
It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a livingroom with a convertible doublebed. There is a small kitchen and bathroom.
Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, stove and oven.
Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

- the key can be collected at the apartment, please provide your expected arrival time and mobile number in advance
- cash payment is required upon arrival
- one night deposit is necessary upon arrival
Rental policy
The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010). During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights and special conditions apply.
In case of booking 7 or more nights, advance payment is required.
Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
