Description

The apartment has two rooms, both with a convertible sofa bed for 2 persons. An equipped kitchen with a dining table for 6 persons serves your convenience. The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is another separate toilette.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010) 3 nights are requested.
During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights and special conditions apply.
Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
