Apartment location

The Oktogon area is a busy meeting place among the locals. There are several cafés, restaurants and shops. Metro and tram stops are just a 1 minute walk away.

Description

The area of the ivingroom is extended with a 9 sqm large sleeping loft, where a doublebed can be found. Below that there is a cosy TV corner with a sofa and armchairs. The bedroom has two separate beds, that can be put together, if requested. There is also a dining area for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a sitting bathtub/shower.

Kitchen facilities: fridge, electric kettle, microwave, stove and oven.

Others: satellite Tv, washing machine, bedsheets and towels are provided.

Rental policy

The prices are in EURO containing the daily rent of the apartment, cleaning, linen and towels. VAT and tourist tax are also included. Minimum stay is 2 nights, at New Year's Eve and Formula 1 period (29th July to 1st August 2010.) minimum 3 nights stay required.
During the Sziget Festival the minimum stay is 5 nights and special conditions apply.
Within 24 hours before arrival no alterations are accepted. In case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or no show, the price of the first night is charged.
